Keeping The Passion

Lincoln Industries is a 55-year old company that started with a handful of people.  In 2000, there were 190 people at Lincoln Industries.  In April of 2007, we hired our 500th person.  As we continue to grow, we want to keep the culture of a small, family-owned business.  To do this, we have built a strong culture around doing what’s best for our people.

Vision College

The purpose of Lincoln Industries’ Vision College is to develop talents to improve performance. Vision College is based on the company's values and commitment to the development of our people. It is where development begins.

development and training may be focused on interests of today or on ambitions for tomorrow. The Vision College is a unique development function which is available to all people to drive performance improvements. Through the Vision College, personal potential and career goals are attainable.

Wellness

Lincoln Industries’ wellness vision encompasses the body, mind, and spirit. We support our people in making smarter, healthier lifestyle choices, and we encourage balance between work, home, and personal goals. We believe that supporting our people’s health and wellness interests is a sound investment in our company and the most important product of the company is the people.

Safety

We believe safety is more powerful when embraced by every person at Lincoln Industries.  Therefore, we have safety programs in place that allow our people to be actively involved and empowered to identify, define and measure both safe and at-risk behaviors in the workplace.

Lincoln Industries’ commitment to safety starts at the workplace, runs through the community and extends to the home.  Communications include on-the-job safety information as well as at-home safety information including playground safety, fire safety, seatbelt and car seat safety…and the list goes on.

Communications

Sharing information is one of the key elements to staying small as we get big.  At Lincoln Industries, information is not just a one-way street.  Information is shared with all the people, but there are also many opportunities for people to ask questions and share information with each other and the senior management teams.  One way that information is funneled upwards is through Roundtables.  Every person in the company participates in one Roundtable per year.  This gives everyone the opportunity to ask a question of the senior team.
